we understand the importance of yoga, thus host weekly classes for the students as a compulsory activity at school. A team of qualified yoga trainer impart basic yoga knowledge to our students.. Every year, International Yoga Day is also celebrated at school on 21st June on a large scale, wherein the trainers and students perform yoga concerning benefits

The children who prefer Karate are offered this Japanese martial art which is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee-strikes, elbow-strikes & open-hand techniques that help the children pick up perseverance, fearlessness, virtue and leadership.

Bharatanatyam is an ancient traditional dance originated in TamilNadu. And it helps the child shed shyness, gain discipline, reduce obesity and also augments the mind. Through this art, children gather confidence and become bold enough to face an audience as they perform on stage.

SRCS has taken an initiative to teach music through an integrated approach. Using specialized trainers/instructors, a methodology that takes the best from Western Classical and Indian Classical Music. Applying the concepts of musical intelligence for early year cognitive development we give multi-genre exposure aided by multi-disciplinary thinking. – Aristotle

Work Experience is one of the most significant area where we ensure that our club activities are designed in such a way that it helps students to develop certain career specific skills which helps them in their future careers. Therefore institutionalization of work-centered education as integrated part of the school curriculum from the pre-primary stage is expected to lay the necessary foundation for re conceptualizing and reconstructing vocational education to meet the challenges of globalized economy.

The school also provides western dance which helps children pick up different dance forms like, Hip-Hop, Break Dancing, Salsa, etc. These genres of dance help children to perform without fear both in school functions and inter-school competitions.

Co-curricular activities form an integral part of a student's life. Co-curricular activities are the road map of emotive development of students’ .We believe that extracurricular activities such as puzzle solving, board games, etc. can provide a useful channel where students can consciously or unconsciously reinforce the lessons learned in the classrooms. We have a variety of Extra Curricular activities. Participation in each activity flourishes the personality of the students. Competitions, music, drama, GK, Art, Educational tours etc. are some of the Co-Curricular activities the school provides. The activities are held class wise and or on the basis of the House system

Today’s education is more bent on molding and tailor making citizens who are employable but emotively mechanic. With their wings clipped off, and imaginations curtailed in a box, they fail to step out of the comfort zone to see the world from a different perspective. Dramatic playing is necessary for children’s empathy and self-control. SRCS has planned to evolve the students under its wings, with nuances of this fine art of expression and communication. It provide opportunities to enhance Speech and Drama skills among the students
